What is Service Selection Board (SSB)

The SSB (Service Selection Board) is the organization that conducts the selection process for officers in the Indian Armed Forces, who have cleared their written NDA/ CDS exam or have NCC ‘C’ certificate evaluating candidates through a rigorous five-day assessment that includes psychological and personality tests, group activities, and interviews.
